Walk a mile in my shoes…………here are some of the high-lights.
Born in Melbourne, Victoria into a traditional and loving family, my diverse career began after qualifying in Engineering and a first appointment to a major Building Contractor on large scale construction projects initially in Melbourne and then on the Gold Coast.
A 21st birthday celebrated while an exchange student in Japan had a profound impact on my worldly awareness and in particular the Japanese philosophy of excellence.
Added value skill and attitude across, multiple industry sectors and commercial activity, have dominated my professional services. Pursuing new horizons and taking on calculated, risk exposed initiatives throughout, I have been provided with a deep appreciation of the challenges of navigating both corporate and private life.
Getting out of my comfort zone in both personal and professional endeavour has always been where the satisfaction and success ‘juice’ is found such as:

 Creating a focussed Trust to rescue a tall ship from imminent demise
 Understanding, from the coal face, how Federal and State bureaucracies don’t work
 Risk managing the preparation and handover of Victoria’s Quarantine Station
 Managing at times up to 35 consultants across complex disciplines to a common purpose
 Building a multi-level 500m2 ski lodge on top of a mountain 6 hours away with amateurs
 Running my own property development and consulting business

Previously offering informed mentoring casually, the structure of the Pure Coaching method elevates these skills to deliver penetrating and informed coaching at peak performance level.
